• Age Requirement: Entry is permitted for individuals aged 16 and above only.                                                            
• A valid electronic ticket must be presented upon entry. Each ticket is valid for one-time use only.                                            
• Tickets sold are non-refundable.                                                                                                       
• Failure of the ticket holder to attend, or arriving late to the event, does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.                                                                                                                                        
• The organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks and inspections upon entry. The introduction of any dangerous, prohibited, or unauthorized materials or items that violate the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is prohibited.                                                 
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the event venue.                                                                              
• Ticket holders must comply with all security, safety, and organizational instructions, as well as the directions of venue staff and relevant authorities.                                                                               
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person who violates the event terms or security and safety instructions, causes disturbance or inappropriate behavior, or poses a risk to themselves or others, without a refund where the refusal or removal is due to a violation by the ticket holder.                                                                                                                                             
• Ticket holders are responsible for their personal belongings.                                                                         
• Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond Control: The organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay, suspension, modification, or cancellation resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, rain and floods, natural disasters, emergencies, public service disruptions, decisions or instructions issued by government, security, or regulatory authorities, states of emergency, or any other circumstance considered a force majeure event under the applicable laws and regulations.                                                                                   
• In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer reserves the right, as applicable and as permitted by law, to postpone the event, change its date, duration, program, or location, suspend or cancel it. Tickets will be handled in accordance with the applicable regulations and the ticketing platform’s policy.                                                                                  
• Purchasing a ticket constitutes the ticket holder’s acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
